For more than 30 years, I have built and led technology organizations across audio, production, post-production, and broadcast environments, including immersive and spatial audio systems, supporting some of the world's most demanding creative and enterprise operations. My career spans technology strategy, operations, governance, vendor and commercial leadership, systems integration, workforce and succession planning, AI and automation, and large-scale organizational transformation, backed by $14M+ in delivered technology and capital investments.

Most recently, as Vice President at Paramount Skydance, I led global audio operations and enterprise production technology across a multi-brand portfolio in highly regulated, zero-downtime environments, managing multidisciplinary teams and directing multimillion-dollar technology investments to build scalable service models across global media operations.

My experience spans infrastructure design, systems integration, vendor and supplier management, commercial and contract negotiation, technology evaluation, capital planning, and full-lifecycle solutions delivery, always in service of measurable business outcomes and organizational capability.
